The free version of GuardaFlow requires no account, login, or email address. We do not collect any personal data from you, do not store it on our servers, and do not share it with third parties.

Under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), GuardaFlow owns this website and the app. For questions about this notice, contact us at guardaflow@gmail.com.

The bookmarks, collections, tags, and planner data you save in GuardaFlow are kept only in your own browser's local storage (IndexedDB). They are never sent to us or any server, and we have no access to them. Clearing your browser data also removes this content. You can use the JSON export feature to back it up.

The GuardaFlow Chrome extension currently collects no data, sends no data, and does no usage tracking. It performs no personal data processing. If a feature that processes data is added to the extension in the future, this notice will be updated beforehand.

This website is hosted on Vercel. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser info, visit time) under its own policies; we have no access to these logs. Our site uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. The only cookie is a functional one that remembers your language choice; it holds no personal data.

The Premium edition is not available yet. Once it ships, cloud sync will require account information and processing of your bookmark data on our servers. Before that happens, an updated notice explaining what data is processed, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and for how long will be published here.

Since we do not process your personal data, we hold no data about you. Still, under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, request that these actions be notified to third parties, object to an adverse outcome arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

You can send requests to guardaflow@gmail.com. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at most. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
